By participating in the Hush Puppies Merdeka Lucky Draw, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. All information provided by the participant must be accurate and complete. Hush Puppies Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any submission containing incomplete, inaccurate, false, or invalid information.
2. Participation in this Lucky Draw is subject to the campaign eligibility requirements and all entries are subject to verification by Hush Puppies Malaysia.
3. Hush Puppies Malaysia reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that does not comply with the campaign mechanics or these Terms & Conditions.
4. Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by Hush Puppies Malaysia. The selection process and results shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the results will be entertained.
5. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided during registration. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the stipulated period, Hush Puppies Malaysia reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products.
7. Winners are required to claim their prizes within the stipulated collection period. Any unclaimed prizes may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Hush Puppies Malaysia.
8. Hush Puppies Malaysia reserves the right to use the winner's name, photograph, and/or video for winner announcements and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information by Hush Puppies Malaysia for the administration of the Lucky Draw, winner notification, prize fulfilment, and related promotional activities, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Hush Puppies Malaysia reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Lucky Draw or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where necessary.
